Walnut trestle base with Carrara marble table top, 36” x 78”.

Designed for dining or working, the reclaimed walnut slab legs support an upper layer of integral shelves underneath the marble top. These shelves are deep enough to hold books, oversized pads of paper, sketchbooks, or in-progress craft projects, and include a routed edge for holding pencils. The base was designed to be used with four Mies van der Rohe MR Side Chairs (1927).
